composition
The PH&C governing board comprises eight members
and two deputy members.
Four members are appointed by employer
association KHN (Koninklijk Horeca Nederland),
one of whom is a nominee of catering industry
association VeNeCa (Vereniging Nederlandse
Cateringorganisaties). Four members represent
trade unions FNV Horecabond and CNV
BedrijvenBond. One of the two FNV Horecabond
seats is currently vacant.
The governing board is chaired alternately by a
KHN representative and a trade union
representative, each in active function for one
year at a time.
